Stoney Meadow Farms is pleased that Amy Larson has selected Stoney Meadow as her base of training. Amy trains and teaches through the FEI levels and is a nationally recognized trainer, coach and clinician. A talented rider, Amy also is a gifted teacher. She has the ability to work with riders of all levels and is a patient mentor to all.
Amy's success goes back many years and she has continued her high standard of excellence. In 1995, Amy won the Region 4 Grand Prix Championships on Biskrah, an Oldenburg gelding she trained to Grand Prix. In 1997, Amy earned her USDF Gold Medal riding Biskrah.
Amy has brought many horses to FEI including her Trakehner, Playboy, to I-1 and Deb Davenport's beautiful mare, Destine, to I-2. She has helped her many students to similar success with many achieving the Bronze, Silver and Gold medals - check out the info to read about the banner year her students had in 2008 - 2 Gold Medal, 1 Silver and 2 Bronze!!
Her mentors have been Felicitas von Neumann Cosel and Willi Schultheis. Amy began working with Felicitas and Willi in the 80s developing very close relationships with both.

Training Rate is $700 per month plus board.

Kate Werner, pcitrued left with Rhoyal Dutch Gal, was the National Champion 2nd level Open and the National Champion 2nd level AAO at the 2008 Arabian Sport Horse Nationals.
Maggie Stonecipher, pictured right with Gabel, earned her USDF Silver Medal in 2008 as well as an AA Regional Reserve Championship and several KCDS year end awards.
